Often we can feel so tired, but not just physically tired, emotionally and mentally tired, Spiritually exhausted.

For many of us, we have lost connection to the wisdom and knowledge of bodies, in a world that requires us to constantly “Be On”!

As a global community our nervous systems are fried, and our bodies are screaming out for us to return.

My combination of somatics, spirituality and body led self-expression offers a unique way of coaching that feels potent and restorative.

Somatic practises, ritual, the Dominatrix archetype, cyclical living, and nervous system / intuition re-connection are weaved together into a cohesive, grounded, individual experience that doesn’t feel like performance, it feels like a remembering.
